British artisan chocolatiers

Frustrated by the mediocre chocolate commonly available, artisan chocolatiers Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris created Hotel Chocolat to re-establish the reputation of British chocolate. On a mission to create authentic chocolate, they grow their own fine flavour cocoa in the Hotel Chocolat cocoa plantation in the Rabot Estate, near St Lucia. With gourmet treats including their decedent kirsch cherries, super indulgent Rocky Road and quirky Marmalade Chocolate Smudge, it's chocoholic heaven.
